Default sweet thunder true duals-Get in here

Does anybody have a true dual setup with the sweet thunders all the way out the back over the axle with a pro kit on? Pictures would be great if you do. Thanks for your help.

I'm afraid of clearance if I go under the axle. Anybody have these setups?

To the rescue

Here's one pic I have, showing from the rear (sorry the car's dirty). Also the red WS6 on the right has duals, but his bulkier mufflers don't have near the ground clearance as the Sweet Thunders do

I'll search for the other pictures I have

*edit* Re-read your post, saw you wanted to see them out the back. Mine are dumped at the axle, sorry. But this shows some ground clearance none the less

Here's mine. 3" dual cutouts>3" to the X-pipe>3" X-pipe> 2.5" reducers into 18" Sweet Thunders> 2.5" pipe over the axle> dual/dual tips

So far the lowest point is the bottom of the cutout flanges. Next lowest would be my mufflers. I still believe i could have taken 2.5 over each side ( instead of both going over the passenger side ) and gotten the exhaust to tuck up a little tighter.

Hope this helps.

If you are really worried about ground clearance I'd suggest you don't lower it and put duals on it. I have the pro-kit lowered with 3" duals. I'll scrape over speed bumps if I don't go really slow and/or sideways. I'll give you some pictures anyhow even though they are dumped.

From the side to see the height

Now the exhaust from the rear. I'll measure the clearance at the lowest spot and get back to you if I can remember.

777- Wow!!! THAT'S LOW!!
I could never get away with that here in GA. The DOT here puts temporay steel plates on the road over holes that their still working on and would rip those right off my car for sure! Good thing you live in flat florida.

Sharpe- pm me your e-mail addy and i'll be happy to send you a short video
