The pully itself has a sealed bearing. You could either replace the bearing (mcmaster.com) or gently remove the rubber seal and grease the bearing.

Just go to the counter or call a parts guy on the phone to get the part number.

I got a belt tensioner pulley and an idler pulley at Advance Auto Parts for about $15 each. Remove and replaced both in less than half an hour. I replaced just my idler pulley and it did the job. Still have the tensioner pulley set aside for when I need it, if I need it.

There are two tensioners on our cars. If you think it is coming from the ac compressor than it might be the lower tensioner down there (ac compressor accessory belt).
Just a thought. You can definately hear the difference if it was coming from the top tensioner (main tensioner serp. belt)

well i figured that it is the bottom belt because it is really loud when the a/c is on so my plan is to repalce both of them to make sure that it is going to fix the problem.

The AC belt tensioner is the MOST common to go out on these cars and very common on the trucks also.
