I didn't have any trouble installing my pacesetter LTs, they fit like a glove. The pacesetter y-pipe on the other hand was a pain, hopefully the TSP y-pipe will be better. The only modification I had to do was to cut off a bit of the block tab, but that was really easy. Just have fun and take your time.

Good luck,
Kevin

Oh yea, see you when you come to Gainesville!

Today. It's "today." If you can't spell that correctly or take the time to spell it correctly I worry about your ability to install headers.

Good luck.

I didn't use one on my install, thats not to say I wouldn't recomend one. Its almost impossible to get a torque wrench on some of those header bolts anyways.

Don't worry about it. If you use lock washers on your bolts, I'd just tighen them so they're all compressed flat. Then listen for leaks.

WD40 or some other kind of penetrating lube, sometimes you have to let it sit for a little while.

I just did mine the other day and didn't have any trouble with the install at all. It was the removal that was a pain. I finally took a 1/2 air gun set it to tighten and just broke the bolts off on the old y pipe to the convertors. Mine were so rusted they didn't even have thread left. As far as the bolts that hold the manifolds on I used a 3/8 air ratchet. Best tool I ever had. Oh I almost forgot I had to go back and loosen my header bolts and cat back to get the y-pipe on. One last thing (I'm not tring to sound stupid here) when you go to install the headers make sure the gaskets are on right. If you use the stock ones they will say manifold side and bottem. Four of the bolts will go in great but the middle two will not.

You said it! Just stick the air ratchet in there and press a button. I can't imagine trying to turn a ratchet in there!!
