Question about band clamps

Question about band clamps i am going to do Pacesetter LTs, 3" cutouts and 3" tsp true duals. Will all this need to be welded together or can I use band clamps to attach everything. I have never done my own exhaust before so I need advice.
band clamps will work, but after you get the duals all put together and the clearance set well i'd get it welded up personally. use band clamps on the headers - to - duals for sure.

what about band clamps from headers to cutouts, and weld the cutouts to the duals, that was my idea that i wanted to go with to make it easier on install.

Band clamps will seal, but you have to use the thin ones, that form tight around the joint on both sides, and jam it with silicone. The thin starts out flat, but with heat and pressure it form fits around the joint nicely.
