Which Cooling Fans to buy??

Which Cooling Fans to buy?? I have one of my radiator fans making a lot of noise. Does anyone know of good replacement fans or should I go with stock fans?

I would be interested to find fans that pull more air
(i.e. turn more RPM w/ same blade) than stock. So
far I haven't run across anything of that nature but
if anybody knows, post up.
