shop installed headers/y pipe, removed a bar that was in the way of the y pipe
They said i should be fine, that there was no way the TSP y pipe would fit without removing it, they said it doesnt really do a whole lot, am i ok?
One of the guys mentioned that if the car really really hooked good its possible something could twist???
I really dont want to risk screwing anything up, they said the thing to do with these cars is to install the subframe connectors. Can anyone provide advice?

they said it was like a piece of metal (pretty thin) that bolted on to each side of the frame i believe. One of the guys was telling me theres no way it stiffened the frame much
oh they also said with any y pipe 2.5 in or bigger it has to be removed or a custom one done

Well, I look at it as kind of a poor excuse for a driveshaft loop. When I installed my LTs/ORY I had to stick 2 washers underneath where each bolt goes.

It's actually there primarily as the drive shaft safety loop, to stop the shaft from falling. BMR and Spohn make a replacement to clear y pipes, but the shop should have been able to fit the system without removing it.
