Mac Headers and Loudmouth Exhaust
Overall, Macs are pretty good.
With some DR's i'm thinking low 13's
Lows 12s can be tough to achieve, but if your car was a good runner before, it's possible, but I think you'd have to achieve 1.5 - 1.6's ft times at the least.
I have been very pleased with the Mac headers...but went with the off road Y. Before the headers went on the car I also ran a loudmouth. It was replaced with a factory dual/dual off of a firehawk (stealthy quiet), and a cutout.
The performance gain was nice. Before the headers the car was very easy to hook, even with the converter. After the headers, good bye traction. I am pleased with the way the car sounds through the catback and it sounds great with the cutout open.
I am still trying to get the car to hook the way I want it too. Plan on a set of drag radials if you want mid 12's. I also had to instal LCA's due to wheelhop...plan on that.

I just installed MAC headers and cat Y pipe on my 98 Z28. I was supprised at how much power/torque I gained. It was realy nice. They are a good choice.
A bit of a warning. If you are worried about ground clearance, it is difficult to use a catalytic converter on the driver's side of any 4th gen F body. Unfortunately there is not much room at that location. It is unavoidable, but the cat will hange down quite low. My car is stock ride hight and I scrape that cat on speed bumps all the time. You realy won't gain much clearance over long tubes. On the other hand, if you can use the ORY it will give you alot more clearance.
Also, the collector on the Y pipe comes down far enough that you might not be able to get the tunnel brace back on. I had to leave mine off. I think the name "true fit", is a little misleading, as they pretty much have all the querks that long tubes have.
