AutoZone does carry these, couple of different sizes.
I think I found mine next to the nuts & bolts carousels
but who knows where they might have shuffled it,
or whether any of the counter boys will know what

What exactly are you pulling the disconnect off for. All i do is take the bolts out that hold the rails on and take the plugs off the injectors and you can just move it to the side of the engine.
