header install
header install Im having trouble installing my headers. Everything seems to be rusted on the bottom 
. I just finished removing the driverside manifold. I was reading the instructions and i saw that i need to remove the oil dipstick. How do i do that? 
by the way they are pacesetter lt's. I would appreatiate all he help.

From under the car there's a 15MM? bolt attached to the dip stick tube. Remove it and then pull up on the tube from the top, it'll come right out. You'll need a buddy to help you guide it back in when your finishing up.

I spent more time getting the cats off the manifolds
than the actual header install. Rusted up crap, I had
to get a die grinder to remove one nut.
The install was pretty straightforward, I didn't take
anything off or jack the engine up.

I am installing my Pacesetter LT's as we speak. Don't worry about the manifold to cat bolts, go one step back and unbolt/break the ones that connect to the rest of the exhaust. Those are 10x easier. The manifold+cat assembly will just fall out the bottom of the car in one piece after detaching the O2 sensors.
For the passenger side I just got done removing the coil packs. They all come off as one assembly if you take off the 4 bolts that hold the whole rail of them on. The one furthest back is a real pain though. After pulling the dipstick i'll have a lot more room to work with.

I was able to get the drivers' side manifold/cat out in one piece. For some reason I could not get the pass side to do the same? That may have been when my $20 jack crapped out and I went and bought a decent one before installing the pacesetters.
