Default wierd squeal

When my car warms up to the first notch after 160 I hear a very loud squeal then sometimes it flutters and goes away. It doesn't always do it so it's hard to check it. When I did the other night it sounded to becoming from inside the engine, not a belt. And when i shtut off the car about 1-2 seconds after the belts stop moving you can hear something squeal to a stop even when it wasn't squealing with the engine running. WTF??? It started when I changed out my intake manifold, T/B, did a T/B coolant bypass, and replaced a few pushrods that were bent. It won't do it when I want to check it out to see what exactly it is.

UPDATE>>
Sorry been out of town. Figured out that when I unplug the valve cover vent tube from the throttle body the sound stops instantly.(the tube that goes to the passenger side upper part of the T/B, and runs to the passenger side valve cover) When I plug it back in it starts again after about 2 seconds. The wierd thing is when I unplug it the tube that goes to the valve cover is sucking in and the tube off the T/B is scking in so they are fighting each other. The sucking on the valve cover tube stops after a few seconds of being unpluged. What's the deal here, there is a problem somewhere. For the moment I have it unpluged and the tube on the T/B blocked off, car runs smoother and has 0 squeal. I'm lost.

what you are hearing is the fan still spinning after the engine stops. sounds like a hamster in a wheel and comes to a slow stop, you look and your like WTF the engine is dead, no pulleys are moving, what could it be...
