rust on the coil pack?

Question rust on the coil pack?

what should i do there is rust on my coil pack?

take off the coils, mask off the metal part, and paint them.....

or ignore it.. lol.

i wouldnt powdercoat them unless i KNEW that the electronics, epoxy and plastic can take the heat.. AND i knew that the coil didnt rely on the metal acting like a heatsink to keep cool....

Sand 'em, mask 'em, and hit them with some high temp spray paint (engine or "header")



.....This isnt a bad idea actually, mine have been around the block a few times as well.
