Default TB Bump Stop Mod ??

I checked my WOT voltage today because I was wanting to perform the Bump Stop Mod, and i found that my WOT voltage was only 4.44VDC. That seemed awfully low to me. I know that 4.70VDC is where I needed to stop so that i did not set an SES light. so i ground it down to 4.69VDC. What I was wondering was will i notice any difference when I get the car out again next spring? i looked at the throttle blade before and after and I could not notice any difference. Does anyone have any experience with this mod? Thanks.
