In either case, AutoTap and a laptop will be a great help down the road if you plan on doing anything beyond the most basic engine mods.

just kidding. do what the guys have been saying, lid/induction, catback/exaust. How much do you want to spend or how fast do you want to go <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> determines what you should or should do.
Possibly consider a strut tower brace. You can bet one from BMR for as low as $89.
It all depends what you want to do with your car.
I'm in the same situation that you're in. I have the catback and lid on order. Torque converter is next.
