FAST 90 TB Bolt torque?

FAST 90 TB Bolt torque? Can someone tell me what you are supposed to torque the TB bolts to on a FAST 90 intake? I've read the instructions over and over, and can't find any reference to the torque #. Closest I can find is a typo that says something about 50 in*lbs, but doesn't say what its for. I tried doing them at 50 in*lbs and created a small crack near one of the upper bolt holes. JB Welded it, tried again today and cracked another bolt hole (and now waiting for the JB weld on that side to cure!). FWIW Tony Mamo put the threaded inserts in the bolt holes when he ported it, so I don't have to use the PITA nuts.

Oh yah, absolutely! Same wrench I used when torquing down the bolts holding the manifold to the heads. Believe me, I know these things are delicate. I didn't think they were this delicate though!

The problem is in the gasket they supply. It is too thick and won't compress far enough to let the TB sit flush with the manifold. If you tighten the bolt too much you just bend the flange on the manifold untill it breaks. I usually make my own gasket using some o-ring material that I have.

Yeah I noticed that gasket is really too big. I didn't know what else to use though. I've got it on at 40 in*lbs right now. Its not flush but seems like it might be sealed. I'll have to see if it leaks when I get it running.
