Balancer bolt

Where the hell can you find a longer balancer bolt for the cam swap. I know that you need it to help you with the balancer pulley, but I am having a hard time finding one. Can anyone help? I already have a stock replacement one. Thanks,

While ive used the longer bolt method sucessfully over 5 times, the 6th and most recent time it seized up and broke inside the crank. There was no explaination for why the longer bolt seized up. I never bothered seriously looking into the threaded rod tool, but I can assure you the next time I install a pulley, ill be using the threaded rod.

use threaded rod. your just asking for trouble with a longer bolt. 3 weeks ago mine decided to seize on the way out but, luckily i got it out and did the rest of the install with the rod. just did another cam swap this weekend with the rod and no troubles
