105mm Throttle Body Out with the old (thread), in with the new. Came out pretty good. 50mm a piece. All ball bearing and double sealed shafts. 100% custom made except for the screws. Always wondered what I would do with those sheets of brass I have had sitting around for years. Still gotta' make the levers and linkage. Still have to make the top air box. Im thinking carbon fiber that sort of looks like a narrow, low profile drag boat scoop with a 4" round opening. Will sit on top custom manifold and be fed by twin 60-1's. Think it will look pretty cool.

Thought about that but I think it will feed each bank more evenly this way. Also this is 16" long and there would be no way to machine for bearing races between the barrels. Plus the linkage will add a lot of detail.

Just wondering if you have any more recent pics of your progress. I went and dug through alot of your previous posts and I'm simply amazed at your attention to detail and quality of work.

Got the Turbo's finished also. All parts are new. They are Turbonetics T4 P-trim .68 turbines that I ground and smoothed and put a high temp ceramic on them. The compressors are Garrett 60-1 w/60 trim that I smoothed and polished also. I did not want to pay the ransom for billet backplates so I CNC'ed the ones pictured. There is really a lot going on in the backplates as far as machining goes. They were a lot more complex than I thought they would be.
