Quick ?, i have stock manifolds w/ cats and a loudmouth catback. i plan on doing headers and a ory, but with the loudmouth its still gonna be annoyingly loud which doesnt honestly bother me, but if i swap out the loudmouth with another catback will that drastically quiet it, i was thinking of corsa..ne input would be great

The catback is the main thing that controls how loud your car is.... Changing a catback can make your car loud as hell or quiet as a mouse....

You can get all you need to convert to high flow cats at Home Depot for $5. It's called a plumbers snake. You chuck it up in you 3/8 drive drill motor and gut your cats. Install some O2 Simms and you've got some real high flow cats and no SES lite. To heck with all that work! Just get a set of Pace Setter Long Tubes and Y pipe and be done with it. Now those Stage II heads and long duration, high lift cam won't think you engine is having an asthma attack.

cats smell like crap. they smell like rotten eggs with her borla open. just gutted my g/fs on her t/a. high flow cats are ok though. if i had them on the car allready i'd leave them on there unless i was just all out racing the car.

Yeah on a cam like the ms3 would cats kill power? Like say 10rwhp?
I could live with 5 lol

Plus my TPIS Longtube setup already has cats. I was going to go with a dr. gas off road x but I do think it would be TOO LOUD with that kind of cam.

Probably. The higher the duration, the more the cam need to be able to breathe. Youll give up more HP with the ms3 by running cats than a stock internal car would, IMO.
