I zip tie them to anything I can to get them away from the headers. ANYTHING!

Exactly, I even zip tied the wire to itself so it would be shorter/tighter. Away from the headers.

Yeah it takes some creativity...I ziptied the driver's side to the motor mount, and passanger side to the frame.

I got one small vinyl dipped p-clip and bolted to one of the oil pan bolts on the driver side, so the lead went up and over the little cast fitting on the oil filter housing, through the p-clip and bundled up near the connector on the k-member.

Passenger side I zip tied to the tranny lines, crank/oil level/startere harness bundle and up to the connector where I bundled the extra lead.

The extensions are worthless...I went and got some of the 2002 C5 O2 sensors (Bosch 35111 I think)...they had tons of extra lead line.

This worked with my SLP headers anyway.

About how much space is needed between the O2 sensor wires and headers before heat becomes a problem?
