Default Is my lid package complete?

I got my (used) Whisper lid in the mail today. I was under the impression it had a bottom to it...am I wrong? All I got was the top portion and the K&N filter. There is also a hole on the part that connects to the TB, is this supposed to be there? I'd like to figure this out so I can try to install it tomorrow. Is the best writeup on this install on www.ls1howto.com? Thanks

the kit is complete all you need is like 20 minutes at most and just be careful with the AIT sensor (take your time to work it out) my friend broke his when he installed his lid

It's complete. You may see 3-5 rwhp from it, nothing you can feel.
