Professional Products Intake Manifold
"hey let's make a manifold for LSx engines. would bea good product to bringto the market"
"here's the finished product. we have a pretty good price on it, but it didn't perform as well as we had hoped."
"let's just.. not compare it to the factory LS6 manifold.. we have too much money into this to show how close a head to head comparison is."
"crap.. people found out.. what now.."
but.. I could be wrong <-- disclaimer statement
They still haven't shipped out the 85mm TB's to match the intakes and I'm looking forward to seeing the results from a little porting on the intake runner entrances.
I think the 85mm PP TB will outperform an LS6 with aftermarket TB and the ported runners will yield some nice results since it will look much more like the LS7 intake after porting.
The jury is still out on this awaiting the new TB's and more dyno tests... that's why this thread is dragging on with nothingness.
Cons: Metal (heat soak does matter), no dyno results, but i bet it wont out perform a stock ls6, and it has not been releases yet.
