..apparently they can't give the cars away...
...so I say the general public does not recognize how fun these cars are...therfore, go ahead a put headers on the car....it won't be worth much soon anyway ...so who cares ,..the cars have no resale value PERIOD.....
You are not riding around in an F-Body to get rich on resale value...you are doing it to kick some Mustang ***...

You suggest using an ORY with the 2000+ exhaust manifolds. Are the iron manifolds actually better than the 98-99 tubular versions? I though the iron only helped with noise and are less expesive to produce (my assumption). Will this method work with a mild cam, or is your recommendation based on a primarily stock car?
Thanks

The headers help out alot on heads/cam cars. They don't do a whole lot on stock internal motors. They do however sound badass. Be mindful of your warranty too. It's your call...

<strong>I would not worry about the stock value of the car. These cars de-value extremely quickly. I saw a 99 z-28 LS1 for $9,500 today in the newspaper (41K miles). I also know a dealer that is giving HUGE discounts on the last 2003 LS-1 pontiac WS6 cars... these cars have been sitting in the lots for months...no takers...
