If i didnt want to mess with P&P my TB who would I send it to that does good work and good price?? How much??

thunder racing. they'll send you a pre-ported throttlebody for a core charge, then you just send them yours back and get the charge refunded. you never have to wait for turn-around and the throttle body is CNC ported. i dont believe it's polished but you can do that yourself fast, easy and cheap. it's the porting that's hard and i hear they do good work.

Thunder is good, i just ordered mine today from katech cause they had them in stock(thunder was out when i called). But katech does it cnc'ed too so theres a option also.
