Tehblur <3 Prybars.
I got a badass set for christmas a few years back. Jammed it under a conrete nail fastener thing that was sticking up in my driveway, yanked it few times, and that bitch went into orbit. About 15 seconds later I heard it touch down on top of my house.

Guys... just loosen the steering column from underneath the dash. There are 3 or 4 bolts that hold it to the firewall and there is no need to completely remove the bolts. Then have someone use a pry bar to push the steering shaft away from the header. While that person is holding the steering shaft away from the header, go back underneath the dash and re-tighten the steering column bolts. Takes less then 5 minutes. This way you are actually moving the steering shaft away from the header.

NoMoreLS1: Not that simple actually. The set we just had to modify was actually pushing the steering shaft about 1/2" over. there was no way to reposition the steering shaft. Why would someone sell a set of headers that would hinder steering is beyond me. We took the header out and had to massage the primary unfortunately. Also had to notch the passenger side. Poor customer had to dump more labor into it than needed.
