LM owners, step into this cell Where did you guys install your Dynomax Bullets at? Did you just put it in place of the resonator, did you put it in the back between the tips?
Does it REALLY get rid of drone or did i spend unnecessary money?

Re: LM owners, step into this cell Oh man....I live for that drone! I really like it myself. From all the posts I've read on the "Dynomouth" conversion, they are replacing the resonator with the bullet muffler. I can't say for sure from memory if it eliminates the drone. Might try to type "Dynomouth" in the search area and see what comes up....good luck with whatever you choose to do even if it's not what I would personally do....

People have installed them in different places. I ordered a dynomax ultraflow SS muffler and had it welded into the driver exit portion of the pipe. And yes it got rid of the interior drone almost completely. Outside of the car it is just as loud though.

its a 16.5" race bullet, 3.5" in/out.
It tamed the LM IMO...
sounds same at idle and WOT.
but i have ground clearance issues, cause i wanna lower my car, but the bullet sits low...does anybody else have this problem.

Re: LM owners, step into this cell My y-pipe hung lower than my bullet muffler did, and my car was pretty low. I only scraped the y a couple of times...never the bullet. Mine was installed in place of the resonator and was essentially the exact same size.
