Default What plug wires are you using?

Aren't they all pretty much the same when it comes to street use. Are ther any in particular that are better to use with headers?

I misshifted her while racing last night (3rd to 2nd) and now she is misfiring like crazy...

developed some white residue looking crap around the plug boots...

if nothing mechanically is wrong, ill just be replacing the plug wires/boots with OEM ones.

You likely have some bent pushrods. Time to replace them.

As for wires, I use MSD's.

stock gm/vette wires no need for others and they always clip on correctly and very very rarely tear if you have to take them off

I threw on a set of red LS2 plug wires today, they are pretty slick!

They look like these (link below), but red. I burnt a few of my MSD's shortly after putting the cam in, and wanted to give these a try, since not very many people have. They fit pretty good. The #8 plug wire was touching the primary on my pacesetter a bit, so I threw one of the good MSD's back on. It ended up touching on like 2 more (as did the MSD's), but I left them so I could check and see how they fair. The 90* bend works great. The little integrated "handle" on the top works great too. They clicked onto the coil a little better than the MSD's, but then again, the MSD's had been removed a few times.
