Guys I promise I will post some videos soon. I am Off next Wednesday and Thursday so the install will be done then.

I just bought a video camera too

BTW..... Should I reuse the stock header bolts or should I buy new ones and from where ? What about for my Y pipe ? Is QTP going to provide band clams or do I need to buy them myself ???

You do not need sims. If you want some info on exhaust, read the exhaust FAQ. If you are getting a tune, which you should, the tuner can tune out the rear O2's. If you are not getting a tune and not running O2 sims, you will set off your SES.

How much is this project costing you? Sounds similar to what I am thinking about doing.

Get the car high enough to point the collector straight down. This was what we did when installing my friend's Kooks.

First off, you need to jack the car WAY up. I'm talking phonebook that bitch (see link). Then point the collector straight down at the ground and try to ease it in. The more room you have, the more possibly ways you could position it.

http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...nphonebook.jpg

You could also try unbolting the tranny mount and shoving the trans toward the passenger side of the car (be careful). Yet ANOTHER possibility is to put the jack under the bellhousing and try to jack the motor up.

It will usually fit after enough wiggling and cursing. You may think you've tried every possible position, but you haven't tried the one that let the other 5k people install theirs.

Get the car up as high as you can. You have to be able to nearly stand the header on it' s end and sneak it into the contour just behind the rear lower control arm pivot point. It you don' t get the header almost perpendicular to the ground, you will not be able to sneak the flange through the opening. Then, as you push it into the opening, you will want to start to tilt the collector toward the floor, in order the get the flange through the opening. You may have to pull the oil filter off, and possbily the drain plug. It will go it. You shouldn' t have to pull the steering shaft. I don' t have photos, here at work, but just get the car as high as possibly safe.

Good luck.
