He said HEADER GASKET...not HEAD GASKET... And to answer that, you will hear loud air leaking from whichever side it is on..

What did you manage to do for the steering column clearance? I also had the same issue and had to dent the primary a bit in order to clear it. I posted about this last month or so.

My headers went it pretty good. I had to grind a little on the K member to get them to slide right in. And once they were in, I had to tweek the collectors a bit to get clearance. It was not that hard to do though.

I've read in the past that you can adjust the steering shaft from inside the car. Follow the steering column down to the floor/firewall. Should be like 3 bolts. Loosen em and slide shaft alittle.

My set was terrible, pass side hit the tranny and had to be dented. The collectors on both leaked, fixed that with some hi temp rtv. For what I paid I should not have had to do all of that.[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG]

When I start the car up, I get lots of rumble, and inside the cabin there is alot of shaking. Once i put it in drive, It sounds ok. I then begin to drive and If I give it enough gas, you could hear a leak, like a whistling sound on the driver side. Another problem is that, when I give it gas, I hear like a leak by the driver side cat, I dont know if the cat's insides came loose and they are making noise or what.

And my exhaust, sounds like an old 60's car that was bought at an auction for 1000 bucks ....
