I made a thread a loong time ago , Talking about how I got the GMMG and I said I was going to put some pictures but I never did

So here they are. Im waiting for the Y pipe, hopefully by next Tuesday it will be here

Check the exhaust FAQ at the top of this section, there's probably another writeup in there.



BTW - When you put those headers in, check the clearance around the steering shaft, people have been having problems lately. You can adjust the shaft, and the headers a bit to help out, but you might have to dent the primary a bit.

How loud is it ?

I want it to be kinda on the loud side but I really dont want my ears to hurt while driving. I got in a 98 Cobra with no cats, and X pipe and I think bassani exaust and damn......

Yeah I really liked that. Im preatty sure they send a sticker on every single system. I didnt even ask for it, I just assumed it came with it and im glad it did

For those who installed Headers/Y pipe/Exaust on their cars, How is the installation ? Is it all by Band clambs or is there any welding required ? WHat about for the Header collector to Y pipe part ? Do I need header bolts or studs ?

Thanks and sorry for a newbie question but this is the first time I do something like this.

There shouldn't be any welding required, just put together with band clamps at the joints.

You can reuse the stock bolts. Clean the threads up a little and throw on some anti-seize.

Make sure you watch the steering shaft clearance I mentioned in post #8 too.

gmmg sounds better than corsa with headers

I never got a decal with mine
