no oil touches it...

I need to know, my windows have slowed down and the drivers side likes to stop, and then i have to weight before it will role up, my dad says the tracs need to be oiled, i think the motors are going out. Were is the best place to get the motors???
Please move this if there is a more appropriate forum.

Autozone and they roll faster then the stock ones

HOw hard is it to get to them and replace them????
Sweet now i will be able to roll my windows down faster than the guy in the next lane.

You are correct in assuming that the motor is going bad. I had to replace mine too. I paid $63 give or take a few for my new motor. yes they are difficult to get to also. Make sure that you have someone help you that has done it before.

Don't lower you window in Tenn. in December and you won't have this problem. Only guys in Miami and southern Calif. are supposed to lower their window in December.
