why a cutout? the little bit of piping that goes after an x pipe (which will help make HP) i will not be hurting you at all. dual cutouts are not a good idea on lower-mid range power cars. true duals are

Dual cutouts arent necessary, you will make maybe 2 rwhp over running it through the full exhaust.
