Question Antifreeze leak driving me nutz!!!!

Alright I don't know where the hell its coming from but its not the exhaust.

Sometimes I'll be sitting in my car at a stop light and I can smell it and when you walk past the front. Yet the fluid level isnt low. I don't know where its coming from.

Thoughts Ideas?

I have the same issue and I cant find a leak for **** and my level stays good. Ive pretty much ignored this for a long time now since I couldnt figure out why i could smell the coolant while hot idling. My temps stay good too and the car still pulls hard as hell.

Anyone else???

Ya I know I'm not the only one having the problem because I walked past a z28 the other day and it smelled the same as mine.

Might be the lid to the coolant resevoir, if the washer gets worn/stiff/missing then it could let the hot antifreeze smell out

Not mine, my heater works fin and I can still smell it with it off. The funny thing is that the only time I can smell it is at a very hot idle, like when I am in heavy traffic in the city.

It can still be the heater core even if it still works. If you've got a very small crack, it will only grow as the car heats up.
