Walbro inline fuel pump directions ?
I just installed my inline Walbro yesterday. I gathered information from a couple of places. For the plumbing I referenced the instructions from vortec for the T-Rex pump(I think it's page 14):

For the wiring:

Hope this helps, Ken
Yes, you can use T-rex wiring instructions. I just included the other link because it explained everything. I'm a pretty quick learner but I have very little prior experience working on cars so I need all the background info I can find.

I'm really surprised just how quiet the Walbro pump is <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> .
Thanks again Ken <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
I'm glad it went well! It really isn't hard to do (injectors are much more of a pain). BTW, what relay did you use? I used the NOS-15618 relay/socket setup. It's a little expensive ($30) but it comes with the wired socket and fuse holder.

The injectors were less time consuming then the pump...start to finish the injectors took maybe 45-50 minutes(first time ever doing injectors on a LS1 car too) , the pump was about an hour or more (mainly because the ground wire pulled out of the relay just as we were finishing up and we had to redo it ) ..I put the fuse up in the engine compartment for ease of checking and repacement if needed (I hope not tough)
I'll be getting LS1 edit tuning done this Friday (Jan 3rd) to get everthing sorted out...she's running pig *** rich right now <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> but that's to be expected.
