Header capped itself a hole in the runner tonight!
Just got off the phone with George R at Kooks. Nice guy, great customer service. I guess the issue with why my headers look so gross is because my car was tuned in NJ. I got transferred to GA. Might be running lean up top I guess. I'll have to check that out.

The AIR fitting busted off because of the weld. This happens with the LG longtubes. It happened to mine.
Pull it and send it to them and they will fix it OR take it to a welder. Make sure they disconnect the battery before they weld it. Katek welded mine and that failed so make sure they do a good job.
