Default TSP y pipe question PLZ help

I have installed the pacesetter headers. The TSP y pip fits like crap. Do i need to remove the crossmember to make it fit correctly? What are you guys doing to make this y pipe fit. THX

You're going to have to tweak the **** out of it to make it ride right. You might have to do a little bashing here and there.

Do a search, there has been lots of these threads lately..........

Above, you'd have about 1" of ground clearance if it went below.

You can completely remove the tunnel brace if you need to as well.

I had to bang the hell out of mine to get it to fit. Th ecross member looks like crap now, but it fits. I also used a few washers on the holes for it to fit. Are there any adverse effects if you remove the crossmember completely?

Do you mean tranny crossmember or the TUNNEL BRACE? The trans crossmember needs not to be messed with, while you can trash the tunnel brace.

the sponsor (TTP) that installed my TSP catted ypipe a year ago had to tweak the hell out of it, from what i remember.. but it can be done

no banging on the floor, and i still get good clearance.. even with being lowered 1"
