Most HP IN CATBACK
Also look into the Bassani True dual system. It's rather expensive, but I've seen a dyno graph somewhere on this forum of it producing significantly higher numbers over even a Borla catback. Just my $.02
I have LT's, ORY, and LM basicly, and I ordered a spintech 3" in, 2 1/2" dual out muffler to fab into the stock location (which I'm currently waiting on). It's just too much, especially around 2500 rpm. I was attracted to the light weight, and the great flow of a single bullet.
I will most likely end up with a different cat-back and doing dumps or cutouts.
i was wondering when someone was going to comment on gmmg..
i jsut installed mine last week on my stock manifolds and y pipe. It is very quiet, to me!!!! you can feel the gain no doubt, but to me still quiet.. i also had my cut out put back on, you can tell very little difference.. in sound and gain.
i am in desperate need of lts and o/r y
good luck
The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time

yea so you are with me when i say that it is quiet unless it has headers and a y pipe..
Should have heard my mustang!!
BBK LT's + BBK O/R H Pipe+ MagnaPack C/B.
my g/f, now fiance, when she lived at home she liveby O'Hare airport so there house was sound proof due to all the planes. She said that she could hear my car a good 3 blocks away... Now that is loud
ohh yea agreed that is why i traded my 97 GT for an 02 TA.. Night and day difference....
TA > GT
that is what my buddy is going to do for me fri or sat.. i swear that jsut the gmmg c/b by itlself is very quiet. i am in desprite need of lts and o/r y.
so hopefully when he drives by it will change my mind???
i dont see why LM is louder than GMMG.. both are basically piping with resinators in them.. but for some reason LM is way louder than GMMG on staock manifold and stock y pipe
Because it's all about the design and noise cancellation techniques. Muffler 'sound' is a science not just piping thrown together.
