thinking of getting duals run out the back

so what did you guys pay to have your duals run out the back of the car... I am not going to be lowering the car any, so could i just go under the rear axle.... or is this a bad idea? Also, do any of you have pictures of duals run out the back, under the axle?

under the axel is going to be cheaper, and is good if your not lowered. ive seen prices from $350 under and up to $700 for over. but either way is a good choice since your running them out the back.good luck.

I recently had mine done with highflow cats, and powerstick mufflers which I purchased seperate from the exhaust shop, the shop charged me $500 to fab it up and it cost me around another $275 for the mufflers and cats together. So right around $800 under the axle. Another thing, what in the name of hell is you guys worring about "lowering the car and going under the axle". If you LOWER the car, you'll have MORE ROOM to go under the axle. It's not that hard to visualize!

My under the axle part is higher than the bullets and MUCH higher than the spot right after the driverside cat.

I went over with 2.5's. It has "room" but not a lot.

I have duals over the axle. For everything behind the cats I paid about $720. There are pics in the car domain site in my sig.

I paid right around $550 for everything. Mine is mandrel bent to the mufflers and then crush bent behind. I can unbolt behind the mufflers and run dumped if I crave that
