stupid exhaust!!! well today i was driving home from work with the windows down listening to some bleeding through when i hear this awful metal scraping sound. first i think that its the xr1 just scraped something in the road, but it doesn't stop. i am like what the **** is that. i keep driving a little further and it doesn't stop. so i pull over to the side of the road and my damn drivers side tailpipe's hanger came out of the rubber grommet and my lm was dragging on the interstate. it wore off a good bit of metal, the clamp that holds the tip on is worn all the way down. i fixed it but now it looks stupid as hell and i am gonna eventually have to buy a new catback cuz it looks like ****. 
That sucks! I thought my **** fell off one day, but I just had a big *** hunk of wood stuck between the x-pipe and the ground. When I hit the brakes to pull over, the *** end of the car raised up just enough to let it slide under.

thats good, after looking at it. all i need is a new tip and clamp and i will be good to go again.
