Not impressed....but price is right. "PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET"....nuff said.
If you have the Real Hooler LT's just follow the directions. Take off the pass side coil pack, the oil diverter plate on the drivers side, and the steering shaft. I tried to get away without taking these off at first, and it was too hard or impossible to install them correctly. Some have said this is perfectly normal and that a little bit of chrome polish will take it off. Well, taking it off, would just leave it to oxidize again.
If this is normal, then I must say I was disappointed, because I always thought that one of the key selling points to the Jet Hot coating is that your headers will look pretty. I didnt realize you had to face a non-stop battle with surface rust.
I know I am not alone, but is there anyone who doesnt have this problem?
