FAST TB's have gotten a bad rap on here for sure..
But I would hardly classify them as "****"
FWIW, the new ones are just fine..The old ones needed a $2.00 carb return spring from NAPA to make them work..Annoying,but not the end of the world. NW was in the right place at the right time & FAST dropped the ball early on..& as they say,you only get one chance to make a 1st impression.
From a performance standpoint..FAST TBs will make as much power as any other 90 mm TB would...Just make sure you get one with the IAC option.

Nick Williams. The FAST people snubbed a new folks with problems IIRC. Nick Williams is a board member here and his TB's are a work of art. They come with the IAC slot already (I didn't know that some did not).

From what I hear its good not to put the 90/90 on your engine until you have at least a H/C package right? Due to lost ft-lbs. at low RPM's. I just want to reeterate this for others in this post. Thats the way I plan on doing it when I do my FAST 90/90.

No..They all come with IAC provisions..FAST just gives you the option to purchase a TB with an IAC already mounted...They charged me 60 bucks for the new IAC..No biggie..My old IAC was all dirty any way..
IIRC? what is that?

I thought he was saying you could get one without the IAC hole even machined in!
