Default TSP ORY vs Pacesetter ORY

Which one should i get? which is a better quality piece and does one fit better/better clearance than the other? Thanks!

well tsp sells their pipe with pacesetters in a package... there must be a reason for it.. by the way.. theirs is fully adjustable and fits my car great.. i dont have any banging either like some people have talked about..

If your talking about a Y pipe fpr LT's, I do beleave there the same thing, both are pacesetter. I just got my Pacesetter LT's and Y pipe and there are very nice.

I wanted the TSP ORY from what I heard it had smoother merge at the y point. but TSP was out of stock so I got the pacesetter ORY its made from 2 pieces so it has some adjustment. I did poly motor mounts when I put my headers on and I have no banging problems. And it tucks up good on my T/A with the stock sideskirts on level ground from 10-20 feet back I(5'9") have to kneel a little to see it. I'm happy with it and have no complaints. I would have liked to have ordered the headers and TSP ORY as a package from TSP as it was have been a little cheaper. I would call TSP and see if they have them in stock. if not don't there are no big problems with pacesetter ORY

Fit great
No Banging issues
Great clearance

ok, well both sponsors have the same price.... Speed inc sells pacesetter LT and pacesetter ORY combo for 500 and TSP sells pacesetter LT and TSP ORY for 500 as well, just curious if one was a lot nicer than the other

From what I've read/seen, the Pacesetter y-pipe rides much higher than the TSP unit. The Pacesetter Y has a slightly crushed section to clear that damn body brace under the driver floorboard. Since you're on sportlines, I would definatly go for that. I would also throw in a set of poly motor mounts too.

Motor mounts are uber-easy with no headers/manifolds and uber-hard with them. They are a great mod and cheap too ($50).

They will keep tight fitting y-pipes from banging the floor board, keep your lid from cracking, and just keep things steady in general. They will help with clutch chatter, stop shifter movement (if used with poly trans mount), and all kinda stuff. We've gone over it a few times, do a search. There's also a sticky with some information in it.
