Do O2 simms really work, plus a couple more Q's
TWS- I had a question for you, why does my exhaust fumes smell rich? If you don't know, maybe your friend will. Thanks!
Do at least one dyno pull and have them tell you what's going on with your A/F ratio. Make sure to check it in both closed and open loop.
I'm not an expert, I didn't design the car, I may be full of However, this was explained to me by an older, very knowledgeable gentleman who reads up on this stuff and then tests it.
So, I think the second set of O2 sensors will not influence your emissions output.
And finally, to answer your question directly: yes, the O2 simms are supposed to do the Jedi mind trick, telling computer that eveything is just fine and dandy and don't mind all my mods, they're really not there.
Can anyone else confirm or deny my take on this?
Mike
