with the intake and throttle body alone you should feel a nice kick.

I too would say 30-40 rwhp gain. On a freak a little more, on a slug a little less. LOL.

Don't bother with the coldair kit, maf, or cutout. With headers and an or-y on a GMMG there will be no need

I wouldn't bother with the MAF either, instead you should invest in some LCA's or SFC's, something suspension at least... gotta get the extra power to the pavement .

Very nice suggestion. I noticed a VERY nice improvement when I slapped on some SFC's and boxed LCA's. SFC's tightened the car up quite a bit.

just do the free-ram air (cutting out the bottom of the lower air box) and get an airlid. this will be around $100 for just the airlid, opposed to almost $200-$250 for the "kit", which is basically the same thing.

I say get the coldair kit. The Whisper is a nice piece and is only $139.99 from Tbyrnemotorsports.com or you could get the SSRA from LMperformance.com. If you do a search on the coldair kits or check the 1/4 section people do get a nice gain from them. Mine is on the way now.

Wow I didn't even notice he said he wanted the FAST 90mm TB, nice catch! Even if FAST HAS revamped their shitty design, the NW has NEVER been anything but perfect. Another + is you can actually get on here and speak with Nick Williams himself.

I've never seen someone do a before-and-after dyno on a bolton car swapping only the 90/90. For all you know, all it will do is kill your TQ. Versus an LS6 intake, that is.

As long as the air can be matched by fuel, correct.

Short answer, "Yes," with an "if." Long answer, "No," with a "but."

There's air velocity, reversion, flux capacitators and a million other things.

And it's not BS, it's on TPiS's web site. 90/90 vs LS6 gained up top but lost a little down low on a cammed car with stock LS6 heads. On a stock cam and LS1 heads, it'd be even worse. If memory serves, I've read other magazines with the same results.

It is pointless to get a GMMG if you are not going to run CATS.
