I will disagree slightly. I had my qtp ory on my jethot headers, and fitment was actually pretty darn good. It did not hang nearly as low and slid right on the header collectors.

Then, with no changes to the y I put it on my qtp headers and fitment sucks.

Seriously, For a company like QTP who has gained the respect from alot of F-Body owners for their quality work, Their Y pipes completely suck......

I just spent 550 bucks for their catted Y and now I am going to buy some Random tech cats and have a local muffler shop cut off both pipes that come off the merge collector and go to the headers and make something custom.....

Guys, its not an easy to but when istalled right the clearance is great. Mine is fine as well as everyone around me that has there y pipe. I tried to install it on my back and that was a no go. Hade some help on a lift and adjusted it and fits great now. If your having a clearance issue its not on right.

i tried all the adjustments and took it to a muffler shop so they might figure out something i didn't but still hangs much lower than i'd like.i will probably have it cut and rebent alittle next time.it tucks almost everywhere but in one spot it hangs the lowest and any more adjustment it will hit the floorboard in another spot so i'm going to have it bent some.

After I lost a cat, I bought a new set, and hung both converters on the collectors. I bought a 180* u-bend 3" pipe form Summit and fab' d up a little different setup. I pretty much eliminated most of the driver' s side leg and got rid of those dang bends. Now, I have a bit better clearance. I tried to attach it but the file is too big. If you want images email me @ radz282003@yahoo.com.

Congrats' though!!!

Now that sounds like a plan. Does Hooker make a Catted Y. Otherwise I think the best way is to buy some magnaflow cats and merge then have one fabed.

no the TSP did not fit on mine, i bought one and all i could use was the piece that is about a foot long on the drivers side. it went on but were it merges into one pipe sat dierectly under the driveshaft and torque arm instead of off to the passenger side but you might be able to make it work.
