Kooks also has a corvette line as well. So you are in luck!

Probably around 900-1200 as far as price goes. Hit the sponsor banners and see if you can work out a deal with one of them for a full exhaust setup.

I dont want a full exhaust, I want to keep it relatively quite. I know the stock Z06 catback flows very well also. How hard is it to install? It looks like a PITA

I don't think that they are really all that bad. I know that the going rate for install on a C5 is about $300. I think that you can do it relatively easily....could be a PITA too...lol

Definitely get the Kooks.
My friend got a pair for his C5 and we tried putting them in oursleves. Unbolted a lot of things, including the motor mounts and couldn't get them in for the life of us. None of us had ever put headers on a car and we didn't have a lift or anything so unless you know what you're doing I would say to get them installed somewhere.

The Kooks for the C5 are great, They are a little tough to get in, but well worth the trouble. They look great and work even better.

Ive done about 10 sets of headers but none on a vette, heard they are a BITCH to put in the air without a lift. I was most likely going with kooks again. I had no cats last time, is there a big difference in hp between cats and no cats? sound wise?

THe ones we did on our Z06 were tough, we did get them in though. On the floor without a rack. Cant really see how a rack would make it any easier besides not laying on the floor. We never put the cats back on it after the headers, so i cant tell you about a difference. We did have the stock catback on our x pipe for a while and it was still very quiet. They are the best as far as i'm concerned, thats why they cost what they do.
