Cat and Y with stock manifolds
Cat and Y with stock manifolds I have a 98 z28 with ported 2002 manifolds and a 2002 y-pipe. I am going for the sleeper effect, so I want to keep my ported manifolds.
1.What y-pipes will bolt up to the stock manifolds and which are the "best" in your opinion?
2.Which y-pipes come with cats? and What kind of cats?
3.Random Tech or Magna flow cats?? Where can I get them cheap?

I ran the Random Tech Y (w/cats) for a while on my ported manifolds. Picked up ~7hp with the combo. It was a little expensive for the minimal gains. You might consider just sticking with the stock Y.
