Ported My TB... I ported my tb today and forgot to take pics. I did the TB, and the bump stop mod. After getting it back on I took it down the street and honestly I'm impressed. Alot of people say they can feel the difference and some say you can't. I felt a little difference. It's a bit more responsive. I like free mods...

Yeah I could tell a difference when i ported my tb and felt a difference when i did the bump stop mod before that. So do how much do you guys port the back of the tb?

Thanks guys...yeah i did the bypass, bump stop and the the front of the shaft. I didn't mess with the blade that much tho. I didn't want to risk it. And I DIDN'T touch the back of the TB. I'm liking it tho. It was cheap and easy, and it goes great with the ls6 intake.

yeah i wouldnt mess with filling the hole or the blade. Mine just barley stuck cause the blade had a few sharp peices sticking out after i slimmed it down some.

That was one of the best mods for the buck. 30 bucks worth of dremel bits for a niiiice difference and throttle response. Low end power is definately boosted too!

how long did it take you to do each mod? since it's my daily driver i'd like to know if a good solid weekend would be enough to do them and get it back up and running in time for monday. my experience with most mods is that they will take twice as long as you first expect them to.
