The hardware kit that comes with the manifold is a rust magnet, if it were stainless hardware it would be a different story. I would like to find something that won't rust within a month.

I will check, mayybe it does apply to the LS2, because I noticed two foam pieces at the bottom of the LS2 manifold, when I removed it. Maybe they are there on the stock piece to clear the bolts.

i found my bolts but i have a question i did hear a pop when i put mine on but it idles fine and my scanmaster shows that my IAC is working so if i had put a hole in it wouldn't my IAC readings be 0 and shitty idle?
