Are you sure you have traction control? You have a TCS button up by the foglight button? From what you explained, the things missing sound like parts of the TCS.

I believe you're talking about the TCS module thingy. It goes behind the battery and fits in the recessed area on the fender. If you need one, PM me.

You have a Trans Am, so your Traction Control System switch should be right in front of the shifter next to cigar lighter. Traction Control is NOT the "Low Trac" light that comes on when you downshifting and lose traction or when your brakes lock up. Do you have this switch or no?

you should only have 1 cable running to the TB if you have TCS and cruise.

And are you talking about the bolts that hold your strut and springs in ontop of the wheel well in the engine bay?

Good morning everyoiine, thanx for all the help. Im an idiot with the pic thing so i cant do that,,,(i tried as u can seee in my sig, but nada) but i do have a switch next to my lighter, really dont know if it does anything, cause i hit it, and nothing really happens, (lights, etc) Sometimes, usually during wheel hop, my TCS light will show on the dash, so i always thought that i did have it. Some of you mentioned that the recessed area of my fender hump is where it would be, and this is exactlly where i show nothing but 2 holes. Someone up here also said to pm them,,i will right after this post

If you have TCS, you will see this unit on the picture which would be to the left of the A/C condensor.

thanx to you all....yep,,that lil box thing that is to the left of the firehawk logo on the wheel hump in the big pic above is where i have the two holes, and no box. I do have th eswitch, and on my original widow sticker, it states that i do have it. I am the second owner (originaly the Nasty Performance track car),,Nate must have removed the box,,does anybody know why someone would want to remove it? My car was modded much more than when i bought it ( things were removed and put back to stock, or as close to it as possible, i.e. corvette cam, etc.)

Yep. I have a WS6 lower box which has a bigger opening. That is why it's rubbing.

If you have a different rear end, they might have removed the TCS.

Here it is resized to a sig pic. Right click, save it, then upload it to your Photobucket account. Use the 3rd line of text under the pic in your photobucket accout with the brackets in your sig.

If you only have 1 cable on your T/B and do not have the ASR/TCS servo motor behind the battery, there is no way your cruise control or traction control could work.

Then I'm lost as to what's missing. If the part that all the cables go into is missing, TCS and cruise will not work. Does the cable on the throttle body go straight into the firewall then to your gas pedal? Do you have air conditioning? is that whats missing?
