Default Is there a button I could make to retard timing

Hey I have a boosted auto and I do not get boost till about 60foot out. Is there a wire or two I could tap into with a button and retard timing while staging up then when I launch ket off to go back to original timing? Thanks for anyhelp. Also If so what wires?

eh? Why do you want to retard the timing while staging? It's all in the tune.

As for boost well a 2 stage and brake boosting should help, plus your turbo's need to matched and setup for the powerband and displacement engine you have.

Failing that theres always an antilag system like the bang bang

Well I got a 50shot I am going to spray out the hole. But I need something that will get me my boost before I even leave would be nice. Oh the turbos spool great but I cant get the boost out of the hole. I am at zero when I launch I have a 3200stall, decent tires. I have heard of lots of people retarding the timing just to get the boost and when they launch they let off the button. What is this? Not a two step I dont think. I need something that is going to put a strain on the engine.

Check out the Timing Tuner - very popular in the nitrous world.

its something that turbos come with its the turbo lag, toyota kinda fixed this with their twin setup, one turbo is a small primary that spools up really quik and then it has a huge secondary turbo that takes longer to spool up but when put together they freaking rock. so i guess what im saying is go with a twin setup LOL or spray the 50 shot til it spools..

synergy sells a two step. it will help you build some boost at the line - i don't think you'll be able to do it cheaper than that
