How about a cutout? Will I gain HP with a cutout? Will my car be louder with a cutout? I personally think the GMMG sounds good, but I need it to be A LOT LOUDER

I've been wondering the same thing. I've been thinking about getting a dynomax bullet welded in the I-pipe

You heard my car with the cutout. It made mine a lot louder but my exhaust is stock. I dont think u would gain any hp over you GMMG with a cutout

The cats are what is keeping it quieted down. I wouldn't do a cutout with the gmmg.

The bullet in the I-pipe won't be any louder than the Gmmg if you swapped, and if you added a bullet muffler to the gmmg catback it would of course be quieter.

just get an offroad y-pipe(no cats) or preferably headers and ORY.

I have a bullet in the Y-pipe and another muffler in the back just to quiet my TA down with headers and ORY

No i havent! I have bills to pay now that i moved down here. But im starting a new job tomorrow and im going to start saving for some mods. LT's are next on the list. It shouldnt take very long to save for them. Especially if i can find some used ones for a good price. Have you done anything?

Oh yeah....if you want to make your car louder you should just gut the cats. Or just leave it how it is until you get LT's

Research 'dynomouth' as this is just having a Dynomax Bullet in the I-Pipe. It is definately louder than what a GMMG system is. If you want loud, go for the 'dynomouth' setup, or 'borlamouth' or 'magnamouth' or 'powerstickmouth' or whatever muffler will fit in the I-Pipe.

A dynomax will be the loudest, then a Powerstick chamberred, then the Borla/Magnaflow are the quieter ones, but they are still LOUD, just not as loud as the other two.

Any of these setups would be louder than your GMMG. The GMMG is quite tame compared to these.

I have some videos in the link in my sig of what the Powerstick mufflers sound like. I have two of them of on my car, and it is still louder than what my previous GMMG was.

I wanted to add ________ combined with my GMMG. Am I making sense? I don't want to get rid of the GMMG. I was just wondering how I can be a lot louder without having to change/remove my C/B. I hope I'm making sense

The only way to make it louder is to add headers and/or a cut out. Only other option without adding headers or a cutout is to remove the cats.

Any bullet mufflers, or any muffler for that matter, will only make it quieter.

Although, if you do remove the cats and get rasp, you can add a dynomax bullet in the I-Pipe to remove ~80% of the rasp, while still keeping it LOUD.

Here's my car with a long tubes, ORY, dynomax bullet in I-Pipe, and GMMG:

I added the bullet as I had horrible rasp without it, but you can see that it was still loud.
